July 8 PP - Day 46

Breakfast: egg with tuna
Lunch: egg with tuna leftover and pork cubes
Dinner:chicken nuggets with oatbran coating panfried on teflon without oil 
Exercise:  30 minutes jogging (am) and 60 minutes weights (pm)
Weight: I gained because of deadline!!! 205 lbs
