Day 42 - July 2- PP

Breakfast: Santi's chicken ham
Lunch: 2 chicken thigh fillet adobo style 
Dinner: chicken breast with Worcesteshire sauce
Midnight Snack: oatbran bread with ham and chicken fillet
Exercise:  30 mins jogging/brisk walking and 20 mins weights
Weight: 200 pound beauty no more!!! I'm at 195 lbs!
