Day 41 - July 1- PV

Lunch:  grilled chicken breast and cabbage chayote 
Dinner:  fish, egg, eggplant
Midnight Snack: oatbran porridge
Exercise:  30 mins jogging/brisk walking and 30 mins weights
Weight: 200 pound beauty no more!!! I'm at 195 lbs!
