BREAKFAST: oatbran porridge with skim milk and cinnamon. coffee with skim milk and splenda. tuna eggwhite omelet with Italian seasoning and turmeric.
LUNCH: two tilapia fishheads cooked adobo style
SNACK: Greek yogurt with cinnamon
DINNER: tilapia fillets adobo
CHEAT: 1 donut and iced coffee (half)
EXERCISE: 30 minutes dance and aerobics
STARTING WEIGHT: 97kg
