the first thing i prepared for my Dukan diet is myself.
It is the second time I will ever do this diet and the reason why I am doing a redux is because the first time I went to do it, I actually became lighter and slimmer.Too bad I was not able to stick to it.
This time however, I have come to accept the fact that I am going to be under a lifelong diet, and it's OK, if it's to maintain my figure.
Next to prepare, is my cupboard.
Essentials include:
1. oatbran
2. eggs
3. skimmed milk
4. Splenda
5. fish
6. chicken breast
7. spices
8. yogurt
