LUNCH: 1 tilapia fish head and 1 chicken breast with turmeric, curry power and garlic powder with yogurt and garlic sauce
DINNER: party food no rice all meat no fat from lechon haha (LC farewell party)
EXERCISE: 30 minutes dance and aerobics
