BREAKFAST: none


LUNCH: paksiw galunggong, 2 eggwhites,  1 small shrimp

SNACK: oatmeal porridge with splenda and skim milk

DINNER: sinampalukan manok chicken breast

EXERCISE: 30 mins aerobics

CHEAT: 1 oreo

WEIGHT: 96 kg!!!!
