July 9 PP - Day 47

Breakfast: scarmbled egg whites and tuna. Ceylon tea with lemon and stevia
Lunch:  left over scambled egg whites and tuna.  leftover yogurt with stevia
Dinner: chicken panfried, half fish 
Exercise:  30 mins jogging and 30 mins arm toning
Weight: 200 lbs
