Breakfast: oatbran pancakes with unsweetened cocoa and stevia
Lunch: tilapia tail and tuna
Dinner: salmon and tuna sashimi dimsum, one whole fish and grilled lapu lapu and shrimps
Exercise: 30 mins jogging. 15 minutes arm toning
Weight: 197 lbs
