Day 31 - June 20 - PV
Breakfast: egg with cauliflower
Lunch: igado (loins and liver) with cauliflower
Dinner: Green salad with 90% less fat chicken ham
Snack: oatbran cookies
Exercise: 45 minutes exercise
Weight: 90 kg or 200 lbs!!!! 200 na!!! NEXT goal - below 200!
