Day 32 - June 22 - PV

Breakfast: oatbran galette with egg
Lunch: chicken breast panfried with olive oil and eggplants
Dinner: chicken breast panfried no oil, fish head 
Snack: 0 fat yogurt
Exercise:  1 hour cardio and arm and core toning
Weight:  200! NEXT goal - below 200!
