Day 33 - June 23 - PV

Breakfast: oatbran muffin with coffee lowfat milk and stevia
Lunch: grilled chicken breast and pork and veggies
Dinner: grilled chicken breast and pork and veggies 
Exercise:  1 hour cardio and arm and core toning
Weight:  200! NEXT goal - below 200!
